This training series takes the class through 90 minute sessions of the most common and beneficial exercises in a Push, Pull, Legs training program.
Teaching you proper set up and execution for each exercise in the program to get you results that match your effort.
Working together in a group through every rep & set will solidify cues and corrections while pushing each others performance even further.
